Something Frosty This Way Comes...

And I stand tall to embrace it! I love cold weather! I love cold weather! I love...you get the picture. Fall and Winter are my favorite seasons. Fall, because of the gradually cooler temperatures and the beautiful autumn splendor, and Winter because of the cold and the Holiday season - being home from school, seeing my family and friends, cooking up a storm, Christmas music...what's not to love? I've been listening to Christmas music for the past week, and I love it! Bing Crosby, Nat King Cole, Ella Fitzgerald, Johnny Mathis, Perry Como .... these are the stars of Holiday music. My former favorite Christmas song was, "It's the most wonderful time of the year" by Perry Como, but that has since been replaced with...another Perry Como hit, but I won't tell you which one. I could listen to Christmas music all year long (and I do!), but I especially love it now that it's turned cold. Strange, I know, but that's me. The season for hot chocolate (with big marshmallows), hot cider, hot tea, hot coffee, hot anything has come! Bring out the scarves and big fuzzy socks! Curl up with a special someone before a warm fire! Sing along to classic holiday music, like I'm doing now..
"Maybe I'm crazy to suppose,
I'd ever be the one you chose,
Out of a thousand invitations you received.
Ah, but in case I stand one little chance
Here comes the jackpot question in advance
What are you doing New Year's, New Year's Eve?
Oh, what are you doing, New Year's Eve?"
